2.- Our Purpose for Managing Your Personal Data

We manage the information that interested persons provide with the purpose of managing reservations, information requests and purchases made online, as well as for maintaining contact with the customers, or for sending them the Casa Montaña newsletter, if requested on the registration form.

DATA SOURCE: The personal data that we manage originate from the interested person.

DATA CATEGORIES: Data managed through the internet are: Name, email address and telephone number. Postal address for purchase delivery.

3.- Data Storage Policy

Data sent by our reservation form will be kept confidential and will be included in the corresponding data management and ownership by our entity.

We request data essential for managing your reservation request, billing when your make a purchase, maintaining contact when requested, or when we are required to provide you services and/or process your purchases on this web page.

Your personal data will be managed for the sole purpose of attending to your requests, which are mainly reservations.

4.- Preservation Time

For web users: 3 years, in order to maintain business contact with you.

For customers:

The data will be kept as long as the there is a relationship with you, or where appropriate, during the number of years necessary to fulfil legal obligations.

Billing and bank document data: The period for business purposes, is 6 years, as established by the Commercial Code, and the period for tax purposes, is 4 years as established by the General Tax Law.

5.- Legal Basis for the Management of Your Data

The legal basis for the management of your data is as follows:

  • Consent given by the owner of the data for managing requests
    sent through the web.
  • Legal basis for execution of a contract for managing and sending the products.
  • Data management of data in compliance with a legal obligation.
  • In all cases this will be in the legitimate interest of the Data Manager.

DATA TRANSFER: Data will not be transferred to third parties, except for legal obligations, and in cases in which it is necessary or appropriate for the efficiency of the management, to delivery companies for home delivery where applicable.
