Access to the restaurant and infrastructure

At the entrance of Calle Escalante nº94, we have an automatic opening door and an accessible ramp. We have an accessible table that can be requested through the web or by calling us.
We have acoustically isolated the different rooms to avoid noise from outside, echoes and reverberations inside the premises, which can make communication with our clients difficult.
The lighting of the premises is uniform and we try to avoid strong contrasts that disorient or dazzle.
The visual signaling, strategically placed, is precise and clear, with standardized pictograms, color contrasts and appropriate character sizes.

Menu

Our menu is available through different media such as the web and the restaurant’s QR codes and IPads.
Our gastronomic offer includes the allergens described in regulation 1169/2011 on consumer information.
We are on the list of safe establishments of ACECOVA (Association of Celiacs of the Valencian Community). In addition, we offer gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan tasting set menus, with a selection of our tapas made with traditional varieties recovered from the Valencian Community, and seasonal and organic products.
